I DID MY REGISTRATION, BUT MY PROFILE DOES NOT SHOW UP ONLINE?

*Every new profile will be validated by the VERIFICATION TEAM and upon activation, profile will be visible to all the registered members ,depending on the option a member has chosen to be Public or Discreet!

*Process shall take  24 hours depending on how soon the member clarifies / answer the verification process.

 *Verification process of profiles are done MANUALLY; checking the authentication of the contents submitted / documents submitted, contact number verification, Address & Date of Birth  , eMail verification, etc etc.

*Verification team  checks MANUALLY each and every registration carefully for any invalid or incorrect information;

*Members will get a notification once the profile is APPROVED  and ACTIVATED, until such time, membership will be on HOLD / INACTIVE / not visible to anyone  or comes under search !

Can I edit all my details ?

At any time, it is advisable to update details from time to time to keep in track of a recent change in your profile , However, once the Profile has been ACTIVATED &  LOCKED  if there are any content to be changed / updated / edited , eMail the changes to the back end team to upload at: admin@nelakkibolchaa.com

My Matches fetches the profiles matching member’s partner preferences that the member has keyed in while registering their profile. Its dynamically updated

Can I shortlist/bookmark a Profile ?

Yes, you can! Its an useful feature to make a note of the interested profiles. You need to be logged in to use the shortlist feature.

How do I delete Shortlisted profiles?

Login using your matrimonial "User ID" and "Password". Click on the "Shortlisted Profiles". You could view and delete the Bookmarked members!

How do I change my password?

After logging into your account, click on the change password link. The system will ask for your old password and then the new one then login with your new password.
